BRANDA exists to protect applicants. We do not onboard:
Every brand is reviewed by a human before any blast can fire. Every POP runs voiceprint and explicit-content detection — applicants can’t be steered into recording anything our filters would catch. Submitting fraudulent information is grounds for permanent ban.
Pay fair. Cast with confidence.
Applicants are real. Every POP is a Proof of Presence video — live, in-browser, no uploads. Can’t be faked. Response time, take count, and follow-through are logged on every application — you see how applicants show up before you Cast.
Above MIT Living Wage, you can ask for skin in the game. $25 down to accept. Show up — they keep their deposit, you get the OPP filled. Flake — every credit comes back to you. Two strikes in twelve months and they’re banned from the platform. Brands paying at-or-above the MIT Living Wage for the market also wear an “MIT Living Wage ✓” badge that converts applicants better.
Both sides get rated. You rate applicants on the 4 Notes (Accountability, Punctuality, Coachability, Presence). They rate you back — paid the agreed rate, ran the gig or steady role as described, treated them like a professional. Their rating of you is what protects them — same way the deposit is what protects you.
Both sides keep the receipts.
Your list locked. Your reach grows.
Your contacts are yours. Forever. Any number you upload — the phone, the name, the relationship — belongs to you. No other brand can SMS them. We don’t sell the list, share the list, or surface it to anyone for anyone else. Period.
The profile they build is theirs. When your contact applies through BB, they build a profile — markets they’re open to, work type, role history. That profile belongs to the applicant. Same person, different role: your contact (on your end) is now a Performer (on the platform’s end). They decide who can reach them through it.
Every brand brings their list. That’s the win. You put 200 in. 50 other brands put their lists in. When ONE of their contacts builds a profile that matches what you’re hiring for — your next OPP can nudge them, in-app, for free. You reach somebody you never knew existed because they raised their hand to keep working.
Your contact list stays locked. Your reach gets bigger. That’s the Living List.
